ALISON COOK
Alison comes from a Retail Family Business background. She enjoys working with the public and meeting new people. She use to have her own Retail Shop in Spalding, Lincolnshire, selling Card Making and Scrap Booking products and running regular classes and demos. She has always been creative and had a real passion for colour. The combination of these led her first to study Interior Design, then Feng Shui and Colour Therapy. Her natural ability is to see past what a property looks like and see the finished design as though it has already happened.

Following a period of ill health while running her own business, she became interested in Complementary and Holistic Therapies. This was after attending a Holistic Fair and three Therapists all telling her what was wrong with her, without having any information provided to them. This then started her on her path of knowledge on how the whole body works the mind, body and spirit and natural ways to bring it back into balance.

Alison started studying Complementary and Holistic Therapies over 7 years ago. She is a member of Healers 2006. She is also a fully Qualified Teacher of Adults holding the 7307 Stage 1 and 2. She now runs her own workshops and courses and is also qualified to teach the Diploma in Healing and Counselling offered by Healers 2006.

Her mission is to offer a wide range of therapies that are affordable, in a relaxing and therapeutic environment. Alison wants to help people start their own natural healing process off and allow them to live their life to its full potential. To offer a range of courses that inspires others to use Complementary and Holistic therapies in their everyday lives and their family and friends lives.
