Ordering.

When you place an order with Angelic Holistic Practice you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed with these Terms and Conditions, governed by the English Law.  A contract comes into place when an order is placed, confirmed and goods are dispatched.  Angelic Holistic Practice can not accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using the products we sell.  This also does not affect your Statutory Rights as a customer.

Payment is made at the time of ordering by cash, card payment via paypal or cheque.  The goods remain the property of Angelic Holistic Practice until paid in full and the funds are clear.  Goods will not be despatched until the funds are clear, please allow up to 10 days after funds are clear for parcel to arrive to allow for postal strikes etc.

Our Postage and packing costs are based on Royal Mail Prices, plus a small packing cost added to cover the cost of materials used to post items in.  A minimum charge of £1.50 is made under the lowest weight given by Royal Mail.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

If goods are damaged in transit we will refund you the full price or offer a replacement but damaged goods must be returned to us first and agreed by ourselves that the damage has occurred.

We hope you are entirely satisfied with your goods, if for some reason you are not they must be returned in 7 days of delivery.  We will refund or replace the cost of the items, not the postage.  Good returned must be complete and imperfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.

The goods on this site are examples of products that we sell; the item seen is for display only, so items sent will vary especially in the case of crystals.  Colours, sizes, shapes etc. vary depending on the settings used on your individual computer.

We try to keep the stock levels up to date, with stock available for sale, but occasional items get missed being removed from sale, please accept our apologies if we have forgotten to take an item off sale.   Please email before ordering if you wish to confirm items are in stock.  Items out of stock will be posted as soon as they come back into stock.

Readings (Angel, Tarot and Aura).

These can not be given to people under the age of 18 years old.

In accordance with UK Law I must state that readings are for entertainment purposes only.  No guarantee can be given on their accuracy.  Readings are given at that moment in time and are applicable at that moment in time only.  What you do once you leave the sitting may alter the results.

All Workshops and Courses must be booked in advance and paid for in full.  The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Weekly Classes must be paid a month in advance and paid monthly there after.  A month notice must be given if you wish to leave the group.  Spaces on all workshops, courses and week classes are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.

Course provided are for educational purposes only and the use of material and communication provided is at the student’s sole responsibility and at their own risk.  Angelic Holistic Practice accepts no responsibility for loss or damages, directly or indirectly, caused or alleged to have been caused as a result of your use or reliance on the information provided through Angelic Holistic Practice Website, Courses, Newsletters, Blog, Forums or Communications of any type.  You are taking the Workshops, Courses and Classes using your own free will and freedom of choice, please only take on what feels right to you.
